Biography
A Belgian hybrid orchestra of 47 top-tier musicians, built where classical precision meets the voltage of alternative pop and rock.
Strings, woodwinds, brass, saxophones, synths and rhythm section move as one body, turning familiar songs into large-scale live reimaginings with room for danger, detail and surprise.
Behind that sound is a structure as deliberate as the arrangements themselves: equal pay, shared authorship, inclusivity and artistic risk are part of the orchestra's foundation.
The orchestra has stepped into dialogue with an extraordinary range of Belgian artists, including Brihang, Brutus, Baloji, Pommelien Thijs, Glints, Ise, Amenra, Gabriel Rios, J. Bernardt, Goldband, Eefje De Visser, Selah Sue, Warhaus and Yong Yello.
Standout performances at Pukkelpop in 2024 and 2025 brought major critical acclaim: five-star reviews from Humo and De Morgen, the Studio Brussel Festival Award 2024, and a live collaboration with Brutus that landed on the Afrekening chart.
